DELIVERY AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES

The buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the Internet shop or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. Buyer has to make a payment for the product within 24h of receiving "order received" email. If the payment is not made the Seller has the right to cancel the order.

• If needed payment can be made in multiple parts.
• Wire transfer payment is accepted only when the order number is listed in the payments information/purpose.

The Seller shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 20 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, expected delivery time is indicated in the section "shipping".
For pre-order items, there is a specific shipping date, that is listed in the items description.

Returns and Refunds

The outer box/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange

Buyer may request a refund or exchange for any product in it's original condition that has not been opened (taken out of the original manufacturer's plastic wrap) within 14 days after receiving it. The Buyer is obligated to return the product within 7 days of requesting a refund/exchange. The Seller will provide the Buyer a refund for the products price through the payment method Buyer selected when placing the order after the product has been received.  

The Seller is not responsible for missing or damaged items within the product, if the Buyer received the product in its original condition that has not been opened (taken out of the original manufacturer's plastic wrap). In this situation the Buyer must contact the manufacturer.

All expenses in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

Privacy Policy

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
